Der CWS-322 baut auf den grundlegenden Implementierungs- und Managementfähigkeiten von IT-Experten auf und führt Skalierbarkeit, Redundanz und Sicherheitskonfigurationen ein. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, Workspace Environment Management aufzubauen und zu implementieren, um Anmeldezeiten zu verbessern, die Verwaltung von Benutzereinstellungen zu zentralisieren und die Leistung von Maschinen zu optimieren. Im Abschnitt zur erweiterten Fehlerbehebung lernen sie Techniken zur Untersuchung häufig auftretender Probleme kennen, die sich auf die Umweltgesundheit auswirken können. Außerdem wird vermittelt, wie Probleme effektiver gelöst werden können. Die Teilnehmenden verlassen diesen Kurs mit einem guten Verständnis für die Verwaltung komplexerer Lösungen wie bspw. Umgebungen mit mehreren Standorten und Konfigurationen rund um StoreFront, Delivery Controller, Cloud Connectors und HDX.
